How should I enter my registration?
Enter it exactly as you want it to appear and check every character carefully before ordering. Personalised items are created using the information you submit.
Will I see a preview?
The preview and approval process will be explained on the Pillow Plate product page once final testing is complete.
Products and delivery
How long does production and delivery take?
Personalised products require production time before dispatch. Confirmed estimates will be added after our fulfilment testing is complete.
Will I receive tracking?
Where tracked delivery is available, tracking details will be sent after your order is dispatched.
Are the number plates road legal?
No. GOGOGO Plates products are decorative personalised gifts and are not vehicle registration plates for use on the road.
Problems with an order
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can investigate and put things right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
